| Bebi Electronics, Ltd. makes money selling lights, not shipping charges.
Our handling charge is to cover the cost of the mailer, the labour to pack the order and deliver it to the post, and the Fiji export registration fee(s). If you order 10 or more lights, we will absorb that cost also. All of our prices are inclusive of Fast Post charges, so there are no hidden costs appearing on your statement. We will ship anywhere in the world where a parcel can be addressed to. We are very flexible, and can respond to your needs, IF YOU TELL US IN AN EMAIL FIRST!!! Once an order is shipped, it is out of our hands, and we cannot change the mode of shipping on it, nor the address on the parcel. Unless otherwise requested, we use Registered Fast Post (the USPS equal is Priority Air Mail) for all of our shipments below 500 grams. Over 500 grams, we may choose to ship using either EMS (USPS equal is Global Express Mail) or DHL, at our own expense. After a number of years of experience, Fast Post will reliably have your order to you within 7-11 working days, world-wide. We state 'working days', instead of calendar days, because as a world-wide shipper, we would have to know all of the legal holidays in the world. With Registered Fast Post, in the US and Fiji (at least) someone will have to sign that they have received the parcel. It's not that we don't trust you, it's that the registration process gives us the ability to track the order at a low cost after shipment, but usually it cannot be tracked on-line. Again, in the US, if no one is home, the mail carriers are very good, but not perfect, at leaving a Notice of Attempted Delivery, with instructions of how to claim your order. If you choose 'Express Shipping' on a small order, or (at our discretion) if your order exceeds 500 grams, we will either ship the order via EMS, a global postal service, or DHL. Express is not particularly faster at 5-7 working days world-wide, but it will give you the ability to track the order over the internet, and will also provide insurance in case the parcel is lost.
